Eggland’s Best now sells pre-cooked hardboiled eggs in bags of 10 (found near the eggs and dairy at the store). They can be stored in the fridge and last about a week. So very easy to pull out an egg to slice up and pop into your lunch! I also eat these for breakfast a lot. You can boil your own (slightly cheaper) but if you know you’re going to have a busy week and can’t be bothered with cooking - try these out. The taste is great, they last well, no muss-no fuss!
