Breakfast: Banana Nut Smoothie

Lunch: Big spinach salad and some fruit

Dinner: Another salad, a fruit smoothie and a raw vegan brownie bite (recipe coming today)

In other news: On the veggie front – good bye seafood and good bye eggs. Just one food group to go before I turn from veggie to vegan (which would be general diary products which I don’t use ofter anyway so I will probably end up ditching them eventually). I didn’t intend for this really, but the longer I go without eatting other meats the more I can’t stand the thought of eatting fish and eggs anymore either. So, go figure. Maybe it will last a year, maybe it will last a lifetime. Who knows. I can only live my life one day at a time.
