We are a sushi loving family. We like to eat sushi, we like to make sushi, we like to talk about sushi . . . you get the idea. Anyway – although I’m sure my little “goat” would eat anything I put in front of him – I thought I’d make him some toddler-friendly “sushi” of his very own!

Peanut Butter and Banana “Sushi”
- Lay out one slice of wheat bread, cut off crust
- Squish bread flat as can be
- Spread a thin layer of PB over the bread
- Cut banana into long strips
- Starting closes to you, place the banana about 1/3 of the way away from the edge of bread
- Roll the bread up and over the banana and contine to roll
- Press to seal – the PB should be sticky enough for it not to unroll
Also pictured: cheese flowers, veggie hearts and stars, fruit. All toddler favs!

The pb&b sushi rolls are too cute!! You are giving me ideas for a raw bread to attempt those with. Love your use of shape cut-outs too. Lovely!
