I just wanted to say that I love the fact that you cut out things into star shapes and heart shapes. I am a raw vegan and currently live in a remote area so no dehydrator, no big processor, no cookie cutter shapes even but some day when I move back to civilization…I will make my food cute too. Your photographs are inspiring…when I was omnivorous I ate very similarly to the way your family does. I really enjoyed reading your blog. Best wishes and blessings
